Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant reduced net profit under RAS by 1,7 times in 2015

UFA, 15 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. JSC "Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant" (part of "Tau Neftehim") completed the year of 2015 with a net profit of 80.07 million rubles, which is 1.7 times less than in 2014, according to the financial reporting under RAS.

The plant revenue increased by 17.8 percent - to 7.39 billion rubles. Cost of sales increased by 17.9 percent and amounted to 6.26 billion rubles. Gross profit was formed in the amount of 1.13 billion rubles, which was 17.4 percent more than in 2014. Operating profit amounted to 658.45 million rubles (plus 35.2 percent), profit before tax - 118.31 million (minus 35.1 percent).

Accounts receivable decreased from 2.16 billion to 1.96 billion rubles, accounts payable - from 992,29 million to 806,85 million rubles.

JSC "Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant" is one of the leading enterprises of petrochemical complex of Bashkortostan. It is the single enterprise in Russia for production of Agidol phenolic antioxidants. The plant products are used in manufacturing synthetic rubber, plastics, fibers, lubricating oils and circuit-breaker oil, high-octane additives for gasolines, liquid rubbers and in food and cosmetic industries. The company produces styrene-butadiene rubber, low-tonnage chemistry, high-octane fuel additives. The authorized capital of the plant is 57.84 million rubles.
