Bashkiria is planning to conclude agreement for Belebey mono-city development

UFA, 15 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Bashkortostan plans to sign a general agreement on the development of a single-industry city Belebey next week. The document will be signed with the "Fund of Mono-Cities" non-profit organization.

According to the Minister of Economic Development of Bashkortostan Sergey Novikov, the estimated volume of investments in Belebey will be about 7 billion rubles.

"Agro-related projects related to Belebeevsky dairy plant will be implemented there. It will be created over one thousand jobs", said Sergey Novikov.

As Bashinform News Agency reported at the end of last year, a similar agreement was signed on the development of another mono-city of Bashkortostan - Kumertau. It was here where a large investment project for the construction of an oil extraction plant was launched in the suburban village of Mayachny.

This project is included in the list of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan.

The LLC "Elevator" a part of the holding company "Sigma" is an initiator of the construction. Within the first two stages about 3.7 billion rubles will be invested. The total investment will amount to about 6 billion rubles. More than 600 jobs will be created in the region through the implementation of this investment project.
