Experts have determined where Russians will spend spring holidays with children

On the eve of school holidays experts of the international tourist metasearch momondo compiled Top 15 of the most popular among Russians holiday destinations with children up to 12 years, having analyzed the searches on flights from Russia for the period from March 26 to April 3, 2016.

Thus, the Top 15 of popular cities includes at once five domestic destinations: Simferopol, Sochi, Moscow, Anapa and Kaliningrad. They are on the first, second, third, sixth and tenth place in the rating.

Thailand remains stably in high demand among Russians and in spring too. In the Top 15 of vacation destinations Bangkok and Phuket are located on the fourth and eighth places.

In addition, the Russians have chosen Havana to travel for the holidays this year - the city took the 11th place in the rating.

Burgas, Tenerife, Heraklion, Tivat and Larnaca were on the seventh, ninth, 13th, 14th and 15th places, respectively in the Spring Top 15 of the most popular destinations.

Rome, Berlin and Paris during a spring break are outside the Top 15. Only Barcelona is among traditionally represented in the rating European cities - at the fifth position.

In addition, the Russians are considering near abroad for family vacations. However, the Top 15 included only Tbilisi - it took the 12th place.
