Bashkiria is on the fourth place in Volga Federal District in housing construction

UFA, 15 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. Bashkortostan took the fourth position on commissioning of housing per capita of the population in the Volga Federal District in January-February 2016, in terms of total input of residential houses - the second (after Tatarstan). As Bashkortostan Statistics Agency reports on the results of two months due to all sources of financing in the republic 3415 apartments with a total area of 309.7 thousand square metres were put into operation, which is 87.5 percent compared to January-February 2015.

The main volume of housing built in the current year is accounted for individual developers - 76.3 percent. They built 2077 their own residential houses with an area of 236.4 thousand square metres at their own expense and with the help of loans. This is 1.6 percent more than the volume of housing built by the population during the same period of 2015.
