Implementation of republican target programs was summed up in Bashkortostan

UFA, 14 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. According to the Minister of Economic Development of Bashkortostan Sergey Novikov, last year 12 republican target programs in the field of industry, housing support of the population, agriculture and education operated in the region. Nine of them were completed. More than 10 billion rubles were directed for financing the program activities taking into account the off-budget, federal and republican funds.

Earlier republican target programs were one of the first program-oriented planning mechanisms. Later they were replaced by government programs. As part of the transition period the remaining republican programs still operate until the completion of their implementation. Development of new documents is not provided, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan explained.
