Room rental has risen by 15 percent in Ufa over the year

UFA, 2 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Ufa, according to the "Mir Kvartir" portal, the room rental grew by 15.4 percent and amounted to an average of 6372 rubles for the year. The capital of Bashkortostan was on the 17th place of ranking, which includes 59 major cities.

In Moscow, the rooms are rented out on average at 17 thousand rubles (+7.3 percent), but you can find a room at 6000 - 8000 rubles in the capital. St. Petersburg takes the second place - 11 000 rubles (-1.7 percent). Also Surgut, Sochi, Rostov-on-Don was marked with the most expensive rooms - 8000 rubles. The cheapest rooms are rented out in Penza and Ulan-Ude - less than 4000 rubles.

Analysts of the web portal indicate two different trends in the rental market: it is, on the one hand, the reduction of rates in all market segments, on the other hand - increased demand for the cheapest accommodation. This explains the rise in price of room rental that happened in 16 studied cities.
