Deficit of Bashkortostan consolidated budget amounted to 2 billion rubles as of February 1

On February 1, 2016 9 billion rubles of revenues were received by the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan, which is 15 percent higher than the data of 2015. Expenditures were financed in the amount of 11 billion rubles – by 14.6 percent more. Consequently, the consolidated budget of the republic is executed with a deficit of 2 billion rubles in January, the Ministry of Finance RB reports.

Tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 6.7 billion rubles in the total revenues (plus 1.9 percent compared to the same index of 2015). The main sources of income are personal income tax - 2.3 billion rubles (34.7 percent), excises - 1.4 billion rubles (20.3 percent), total income taxes - 570.4 million rubles (8.5 percent), property taxes - 436.8 million rubles (6.5 percent).

Social spending constitutes 81.4 percent of expenditures in the sectoral structure of the republican consolidated budget. 9 percent of all expenditures were directed for financing of capital investments and the road sector.

The budget of the republic for January 2016 was executed in part of revenues in the amount of 7.7 billion rubles (increase by 5.1 percent), spending - in the amount of 9.9 billion rubles, down by 1.6 percent.

Incomes of local budgets as of February 1, 2016 were executed in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles, or 76.1 percent to the corresponding period of 2015. Expenditures amounted to 2.5 billion rubles, which was 3 percent less than for the corresponding period of 2015.
