Bank of Russia issues a commemorative silver coin

UFA, 12 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. On February 16, the Bank of Russia will issue a commemorative silver coin "Shoana ancient Christian temple, Karachay-Cherkess Republic" with circulation of 3000 pieces. New coin of three rubles denomination is minted in the series "Architectural Monuments of Russia".

The obverse of the coin depicts a relief image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation, on the reverse side there is a relief image of Shoana Church in Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

The press service of the Central Bank reminds that seven commemorative coins were issued in this series last year. In 2016 it is the first commemorative coin in this series. It is a legitimate means of cash payments in the country without any restrictions.
