Cabbage, fish and milk rose in price in Bashkortostan for a week

UFA, 11 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The Bashkortostan Statistics Agency disclosed data on changes in consumer prices for some types of socially important products from February 1 to 8. On average, cabbage got more expensive by 2.6 percent (24.19 rubles), ungutted frozen fish – by two percent (132.37), litre of whole sterilized milk of 2.5-3.2 fat by 1.7 percent (52.65), granulated sugar (50.95) and apples (84.59) by 1.5 percent.
Wheat flour (29.89) and bread made from rye and rye-wheat flour prices(41,07) remained unchanged. Onions became slightly cheaper - by 1.3 percent, (23.02), the price of bread and bakery products from wheat flour of the first and second grades went down by 1.2 percent (42.38), carrots - by 1 percent (26.02 rubles).
As previously reported, in the republic for the first month of the new year in the food market there was an increase in rennet cheeses, butter and olive oil prices by 1.6-3.9 percent, tea, cakes, sugar, jam and marmalade – by 2.0-4.6 percent, natural honey - 7.4.
