Bashkortostan and Jiangxi provinces representatives discussed prospects of joint greenhouse agriculture development

UFA, 9 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. Representatives of Bashkortostan and Jiangxi discussed joint prospects of development of greenhouse agriculture. On February 9, in Ufa, a round table was held, during which participants discussed ways of cooperation, joint business plans and exchanged contacts.

The Director-General of the Chinese company «OWENS» for the production of building materials Tian Xingang told about the benefits of the enterprise developments.

"Our company produces cellular and compact polycarbonate, various kinds of smart greenhouses, including glass ones. We offer smart technology, innovative and environmentally sound construction of greenhouses”, said Tian Xingang. “Smart technology system in the harsh Russian climate allows maintaining the desired temperature conditions for greenhouses".

Today, the company produces three million sq m of agricultural greenhouses a year, with the annual production of the company - 210 million yuan, including exports of $ 13 million. Tian Xingang believes that in Bashkortostan a good basis for the development of agriculture and attracting investments in the agro-industrial complex is created.

According to the leading economist of the budget planning, financing and control department of the Ministry of Agriculture RB Ilnaz Mukhametzyanov, subsidies of bank lending interest rates, purchase of vegetable seeds, construction costs of new and modernization of existing greenhouses are established for investors in the region. In addition, benefits for land rent and tax subsidies are available. The pledge fund and the regional fund involved in implementation of the investment projects on behalf of the republic are established. The Development Corporation and the guarantee fund render assistance at the start of projects.
