Bashkir Copper produced 1.42 million tons of ore in 2015

UFA, 5 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. LLC Bashkir Copper extracted 1.42 million tons of ore in 2015. This is 9.2 percent more than planned (1.3 million tons). The company also began the year of 2016 with good production results. In January it produced 172.26 thousand tons of ore, which is 1.3 percent more than the planned 170 thousand tons.

In conditions of economic instability Bashkir Copper preserves and develops investment projects aimed at further development of the "Jubilee" deposit. Currently, the company submitted a request to the Government of Bashkortostan for the inclusion of the project "Construction of the underground mine of the "Jubilee" deposit" in the list of priority investment projects of the republic.

LLC Bashkir Copper is a fast growing enterprise of LLC "UMMC-Holding" resource complex. It was founded in 2005. It has licenses for development of the Jubilee, Dergamysh deposits and a group of Podolsky copper ore deposits. The company has its own processing plant. The first starting complex of the mining company is designed to process 1.5 million tons of ore per year. In the future, it plans to expand its capacity to 3 million tons of ore per year. Investments in this project amounted to 10 billion rubles.
