Ufa city authorities approved a project of Yakutov Park development

UFA, 1 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Ufa administration has approved a project of planning and land surveying of the Yakutov Park area. The document is published on the website of the City Hall.

The customer of construction is LLC "Bashstroynur." On an area of about 3 hectares 12 five-storey buildings with a two-level parking, a kindergarten for 60 children and an elementary school for 100 children will be built. The Lutheran Church and the old building of the fire department will remain untouched. The building of the children's railway will be relocated to the Karl Marx street.

Private houses with total floor area of 4630 sq. m are subject to demolition. The area of apartments in the future high-rise buildings will be about 43 thousand sq. m.

Public hearings were held on January 11, after which activists organized a petition against the development, which was signed by about one thousand residents.
