It is planned to increase cooperation and trade with India in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan at the visiting session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in New Delhi held a presentation of the investment potential of our region. The Minister Sergei Novikov marked promising areas of cooperation. These are pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, health care, leather production and information technology.

In the first nine months of 2015 the trade turnover between India and Bashkortostan totaled more than $ 194 million. This year it is planned to double this figure.

Last weekend New Delhi hosted the Economic Times Global Business Summit. Its program included the SPIEF visiting session.
