Bashkortostan Development Corporation held another round of talks with "Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacture"

In Ufa the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan held another round of negotiations with the Chinese company "Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd." on building an industrial park in Sterlitamak region.

As reported by the press centre of the Corporation, the issues of tax legislation, in particular, granting tax benefits, benefits on potential costs of the investor on the land plot, the cost of labour were addressed there.

Under the agreement, the Development Corporation of the region is the managing company of the industrial park of the «greenfield» type, which is created by "Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacture" on the land area of 2.1 sq km in Sterlitamak region. The document envisages attracting Chinese investors as residents for the localization of production in the industrial park.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, on October 22 last year in Ufa in the First R2R Forum of Small Business of the SCO and BRICS member-states signed an agreement on a joint project for the development of an industrial park in Sterlitamak district of Bashkortostan. The document was signed by the General Director of "Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan" Artem Kireev and CEO of the company "Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd." (China) Yao Guanfen.
