New builds prices fell by 5% in Ufa

UFA, 19 January 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Ufa, according to the portal "World of Flats", the housing in new builds has fallen in price by 4.8%. The average apartment price was 3.64 million rubles in January. The price per square metre was about 55,800 rubles (-7.8% for a year).

This correlates with the overall picture across the country: in Russian cities new build housing dropped in price by 17%.

A similar pattern is given by analysts of the "Expert" website: the average price per square metre in the new building in Ufa was 56.5 thousand rubles, down from the beginning of the year by 5%. In addition, in the last two months developers plan to offer wide discounts of up to 15%. Market experts believe that the developers have no reserves for further price reducing; therefore, the forecast assumes remaining of the specified figures.
