Rise in food prices is observed in Bashkortostan

UFA, 14 January 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The Bashkortostan Statistics Agency published data on changes in consumer prices for some types of socially important products from December 30 last year to 11 January 2016. Apples (82.14 rubles per kg), carrots (26.18), onions (24.07) rose in price on average by 5.5%, cabbage (23.76) and potatoes (17.79) by 4%. The price of wheat flour (29.66 rubles) has not changed.

Statisticians have calculated that the price of sunflower oil almost has not changed (an increase of 0.1%, the average price - 99.84 rubles), lamb meat (minus 0.1%, 319.59 rubles), rye bread (minus 0.1%, 40.79 rubles).Polished rice became slightly cheaper - by 1.4%, (54.34 rubles), also beef - by 1.3% (289.63 rubles), bread and bakery products from wheat flour of the 1st and 2nd grade - 0.8% (42.65 rubles).

As Bashinform News Agency reported referring to the portal Agro2b.ru, our republic had taken the 22nd place in the "dumplings rating". The cost of the dish was calculated from the total price of the ingredients - milk, flour, butter and sunflower oil, potatoes, onions and sour cream.
