It was reported Bashkiria’s position in the "dumplings ranking"

UFA, 13 January 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The portal Agro2b.ru calculated how much it would cost to cook dumplings with potatoes in 79 regions of Russia. The residents of Bashkortostan will pay on average 106.56 rubles for a traditional festive dish on the eve of the Old Style New Year. The republic took the 22nd place in the ranking.

According to the portal, the most inexpensive dumplings are sold in the Omsk region (94.63 rubles), Tatarstan (95.38) and the Altai Territory (95.80). Outsiders of the rankings are Chukotka Autonomous District (305.75 rubles), Magadan Region (247.53) and the Kamchatka Territory (226.99).

The cost of dish was calculated from the total price of the ingredients - milk, flour, butter and sunflower oil, potatoes, onions and sour cream.
