One and half months remained until completion of free housing privatization - Rosreestr Directorate in Bashkortostan

UFA, 12 January 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Sergey Zakharov/. On March 1, 2016 is a deadline for free privatization of housing.

According to the Rosreestr (Federal State Statistics Service) Directorate in Bashkortostan, 1,196,970 citizens' titles have been already registered in the republic in respect of 560 446 housing facilities.

According to the department, at the beginning of 2013 in the region, as well as in the country as a whole, there was a boost in housing privatization. Then only in March it was registered 10,585 titles to residential premises.

In 2014 the number of registered citizens' titles within the framework of privatization decreased, but on a monthly basis about 3,500 rights were recorded in the republic.

Another burst of citizens’ applications began in late 2014 early 2015, when residents of Bashkortostan were again notified of termination of free privatization, Rosreestr reports. In the last months of the year the number of such applications averaged a little more than three thousand.

The registration department reminded that the free housing privatization announced in 1992, was to be completed with the adoption of the new Housing Code on January 1, 2007, but then its terms were repeatedly extended - initially until March 1, 2010, and then - till March 1, 2013 , further - till March 1, 2015 and the last time - until 2016.
