UMMC bought 38,58% of voting shares of Uchaly Mining Plant from minority shareholders

UFA, 22 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. JSC "UMMC" acquired from minority shareholders 38.58% of voting shares of Uchaly Mining and Processing Plant. The LLC "Promkontsentrat" (9.67%) and "Himmashuch" (9.64%) from Yekaterinburg, as well as LLC "Metsnabal" (9.76%) and LLC "Agrotempy" (9.51 %) from Verhnyaya Pyshma sold their stake in the company.

According to RBC-Ufa, as a result of the transactions UMMC has consolidated 91% of the voting shares of the Uchaly company. The controlling shareholder of Uchaly Mining and Processing Plant is UMMC subsidiary - LLC "UMMC-Holding" with a stake of 52.68%.

JSC "Uchaly Mining and Processing Plant" is an enterprise of UMMC resource complex. It is engaged in mining of copper-pyrite ores and production of copper, zinc concentrate, sulfur flotation pyrite.
