Ufa is not in the top 10 Russian cities with the most expensive housing

UFA, 14 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Ufa is not included in the top 10 Russian cities with the most expensive housing, but came close to it. The website "Mir Kvartir" (World of Flats) made a rating of cities with the most expensive real estate property taking into account all price segments of primary and secondary market.

Moscow and St. Petersburg are in the lead of the most expensive housing. Experts explain a huge gap between the prices of apartments in Moscow from other regions by a large share of luxury real estate in the database of the website. Without including it a square meter cost about 195.7 thousand rubles in Moscow in early December. The average price of offered apartments in the capital amounted to almost 13.2 million rubles.

In Ufa, according to Expert real estate agency, the average price per square meter of standard housing was 62.7 thousand rubles at the end of November. Since January 2015, Ufa housing became cheaper by almost 11%.
