Bashkortostan consolidated budget received 3 billion 694 million rubles from land lease - Ministry of Land

UFA, 1 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The consolidated budget of Bashkortostan received 3 billion 694 million rubles from the land lease. Eugene Guriev, the head of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations reported this yesterday at a meeting of the board. The Minister summarized the work of departments in the first nine months of this year.

According to him, one of the main sources of the republican budget replenishment was revenues from land use.

"As of October 1, 2015 in the republic there were 144 thousand land lease agreements. For the first nine months of the year the consolidated budget received 3 billion 694 million rubles of income from land rent. Of them the republican budget received 427 million rubles, the budgets of municipalities - 3 billion 267 million rubles", the Minister said.

The revenues growth was boosted by indexation of rental rates for land lease since January 1 this year. This takes into account and the forecast of consumer price index by 6.5%.
