Vladimir Putin signed a decree on economic sanctions against Turkey

UFA, 30 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on economic sanctions against Turkey. This was reported by the Kremlin press service.
In accordance with the document in our country foreign economic operations involving the import of certain types of Turkish goods are temporarily banned or limited. The list is determined by the Government of Russia. An exception is made for goods imported for personal use to the extent permitted by law of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The sanctions also affected the Turkish companies that perform certain types of works or providing services in the territory of the Russian Federation. Since January 1, the next year a ban for employers to hire workers from among Turkish citizens is imposed. Furthermore, according to the decree tour operators and travel agents should refrain from sale of trips to Turkey.
A preliminary list of economic sanctions in response to Turkish aggression a source close to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia provided to «Izvestia» . The government is ready to ban shipments from Turkey of chilled and frozen cattle meat, meat and edible offal of poultry, salted meat, dried or smoked meat, milk and dairy products including cottage cheese and cheese as well as lactose free products, all fish (including seafood - shellfish), nuts, fruit, vegetables (including edible roots and tubers), berries and herbs.
The full list will be published prior to December 1.
