Republican agribusiness projects are among the first applicants for federal subsidies - Ministry of Agriculture RB

UFA, 27 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. The Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan is actively involved in the competition for state support of agricultural enterprises. The applicants for subsidies are as follows: "Alekseevsky" state farm, Habibrahmanov peasant farm enterprise in Buzdyak region and the Plant Breeding Centre in Blagovar region.

As the Deputy Minister of Agriculture RB Yuri Lysov told at the parliamentary hearings on the legislative support of import substitution process, there should be a separate item in the budget of the region to support these projects.

It is proposed to grant them the right to receive subsidies for partial reimbursement of the construction costs, renovation and technological upgrading of production facilities and equipment produced in Russia. Also, the Deputy Minister considers it appropriate to tighten GOST standards in food industry, to introduce mandatory labeling of GMO content for all foods.
