Bashkortostan consolidated budget is executed with surplus in January-October

UFA, 20 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. Revenues of Bashkortostan consolidated budget as of November 1, 2015 amounted to 150.45 billion rubles - with the growth to the same period of 2014 by 10.5%. Expenditures were financed in the amount of 140.86 billion rubles - with growth of 2.2%. The consolidated budget in January-October this year is executed with a surplus of 9.59 billion rubles, according to the Ministry of Finance RB.

Tax and non-tax revenues increased compared to the revenues of the same period of 2014 to 10.98 billion rubles and amounted to 122.07 billion. The main sources of revenues were personal income tax - 35.1 billion rubles (28.8%), corporate income tax - 32.4 billion (26.5%), property taxes - 14.54 billion (11.9%), excise taxes - 13.24 billion rubles (10.8%).

In the structure of expenditures the largest share was accounted for social component of the budget - 76.0% of total spending, or 107.07 billion rubles. 18.19 billion rubles were directed to financing capital investments and road infrastructure (excluding the cost of funding for the above items), or 12.9% of total expenditures.

Bashkortostan's budget in January-October 2015 was executed on revenues in the amount of 123.42 billion rubles - with growth of 12.7%, on expenditures - in the amount of 115.53 billion rubles - with growth of 3.8%.

Revenues of local budgets as of November 1, 2015 were executed in the amount of 66.29 billion rubles, or 102.9% to the corresponding period of 2014. Expenditures amounted to 64.59 billion rubles, which is 0.6% above the corresponding period of 2014.
