Industrialists discussed modern technologies of social management in Ufa

UFA, 16 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. In Ufa research and practice seminar "Modern social technologies in management of social and labour relations" took place. It was attended by representatives of trade union organizations and employers of the aviation and electronic industry of our republic.

As reported on the website of the Russian Engineering Union, lectures-discussions on social management reform, current issues of economy and wages, personnel remuneration system, application of regulation technologies of social and labour relations and competitiveness audit to meet the requirements of national and industry standards for aircraft, electronic and machine-building enterprises were held as part of the seminar.

The seminar was organized by "Rosprofavia", the regional office of LLC "Russian Engineering Union" and the Institute of Continuing Education.
