Jiangxi Province representatives visited UMPO

UFA, 6 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. Representatives of China headed by the Governor of Jiangxi Lu Xinsheng visited the Ufa Engine Industrial Association (UMPO). The excursion to UMPO was organized in the framework of Days of Economy and Culture of Jiangxi Province of China (PRC) in Bashkortostan, the UMPO press service informs.

The guests visited the museum of UMPO, where they got acquainted with the history of the relationship of the enterprise with the Chinese armed forces, for which UMPO manufactures engines Su-27.

"The fruitful cooperation between Russia and China is growing thanks to such companies as UMPO", said Mr. Lu Xinsheng.

The Days of Economy and Culture of Jiangxi Province take place in our republic on November 5 and 6. One of the key events was the signing by the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and Lu Xinsheng the Agreement on Expanding Cooperation between the Government of the Republic and the People's Government of Jiangxi Province of China. During the event, the Bashkir and Chinese entrepreneurs participate in business meetings in the «b2b» format, which are held at "VDNkH-Expo". Today in Ufa the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the building of the International Business Centre "Ufa-Yangtze" was also carried out.
