International Business Centre "Ufa-Yangtze" worth 3.5 billion rubles to be built in Ufa

UFA, 6 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The International Business Centre "Ufa-Yangtze" worth 3.5 billion rubles will be built in Ufa for 50 months. This was announced at the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the building by the CEO of one of the largest travel companies of China, the project investor Liu Hunyuan.

"This is an important project between Jiangsu Province and the Republic of Bashkortostan. A year ago, the first talks were held, but now the main functions of the international centre are defined. The objects to be placed in the building will include offices, shopping arcades of Chinese goods, five-star hotel, the company's headquarters and a palace of Chinese medicine. Our first project in Ufa, according to preliminary estimates, amounted to about 3.5 billion rubles at today's exchange rate. The centre will be built at the expense of the investor and banks investors from China. This project will be completed for 50 months", said Liu Hunyuan.
