Ownership can be registered during seven days in Bashkortostan

UFA, 30 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Sergey Zakharov/. The Directorate of the Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of Bashkortostan) decided to reduce the total period of state registration of ownership to seven working days in 37 municipal areas and urban districts. In 15 municipalities and towns this period constitutes up to eight working days since October 26”, reported the press service of the department. In Russia as a whole, these terms are reduced to 10 working days.

Rosreestr also reminds that in the international Doing Business Rating Russia ranked eighth in terms of «ownership registration». One of the key indicators of the rating for this indicator is precisely the period of time required to register property.
