Tax incentives and subsidies on loans are available for investors in Ufa region of Bashkortostan

UFA, 29 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. In Ufa region tax incentives and subsidies on loans are granted for investors. In the region as part of the development of investment and business climate 10 effective management decisions of the Municipal Practices Atlas were introduced. The Atlas was worked out by the Agency of Strategic Initiatives.

The municipality grants tax incentives, subsidizes interest rates on loans for investors. The construction costs of infrastructure facilities are reimbursed, the benefits for the lease of land are provided. Social projects involving mechanisms of municipal-private partnership are also implemented.

The press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB informs that the Ufa region was awarded the third place at the competition of the National Business Award "Business Success" among the municipalities of Volga Federal Region in the "Best Municipal Practices for Entrepreneurship Support". Ufa region is among the 24 pilot municipalities of the Russian Federation on testing best practices of the Atlas aimed at development and support of small and medium-sized businesses.
