Bashkortostan Government and Rossiysky Capital Bank will support agricultural producers of republic

The Government of Bashkortostan and the Rossiysky Capital Bank started to implement the agreement on joint cooperation, signed on October 19, 2015 in Ufa. In particular, 420 million rubles will be allocated for the Davlekanovo group of companies, which main activity is related to production and sale of dairy products. Most of the funds will go to current debt restructuring and working capital financing, including the purchase of raw materials for production.

As the CEO of Davlekanovo group of companies Dmitry Malov marks, "the company experienced difficulties in attracting long-term financing". "We have long wanted to construct a new modern factory. To date, the project has passed the government expert review, received a construction permit. Preliminary works are conducted at the site and the selection of contractors is carried out. Rossiysky Capital Bank trusted us and offered full cooperation. In the first stage, due to restructuring of loans, we have received free funds for our current activity. In the next step, we plan to implement an investment project to build a new plant, using the mechanisms of project financing", said the general manager.

Under the agreement the Rossiysky Capital Bank will provide funding and to other social projects. First of all it relates to reforming and modernization of housing and communal services, support for small business, implementation of universal social card and development of social institutions in the territories of Bashkortostan municipalities.
