Ufa development strategy up to 2030 will be developed at "UrbanBairam" International Forum

UFA, 27 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The 3rd International Urban Development Forum "UrbanBairam" will take place in Ufa at VDNkH-Expo Exhibition Centre from November 19 to 21. The Forum has recommended itself as the largest regional platform to discuss issues of urban development. This year the event expands its geography and gathers delegations from other cities of Russia and the CIS countries.

"The concept of Ufa development strategy up to 2030 will be discussed at "UrbanBairam". It will host the International Summit of Mayors, which will be attended by heads of cities of the world and Russia, Russian experts and foreign specialists. The main topic of the Summit will be transport and mobility of citizens. On the third day of the Forum it is scheduled a Festival of Ufa districts, which will include the exhibition "Districts of Ufa. Reset", photo project "Faces of Ufa", International restaurant day, lectures on urban planning, design-games, various workshops, as well as a new format of presentation RechaKucha Night with short presentations of communities and activists of the city", the organizers said.

On November 19 and 20, registration is open on the website of the forum, on November 21 - admission is free.

The International Urban Planning Forum "UrbanBairam" in Ufa is the largest regional platform to discuss issues of urban development. Within three days round tables, seminars, master classes, lectures on urban planning and development of the urban environment are held. The first International Forum UrbanBairam took place in August of 2013. The forum was organized with the support of Ufa administration and the Fund for Urban Projects Development.
