Venture for industrial robots production will appear in Bashkortostan

UFA, 14 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. In the near future a specialized enterprise for industrial robots production will be established in Bashkortostan. This was announced by the Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov at the meeting with the Chairman of the Board of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, Academician Vladislav Panchenko.

“There are no enterprises producing industrial robots in Russia. All hundred percent or even 120 percent [of this equipment] - are imported”, Rustem Khamitov marked. “We just this year will begin to create the first Russian enterprise of industrial robots.”

According to the Head of the Region, this issue was discussed yesterday at a meeting with the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. Agreements have been reached on the pattern of interaction and co-financing of such enterprise.

‘In the near future we will start an organizational part of the work that in 2016 to launch the production,” said the Head of the Republic.
