Competent public authority to promote competition development is appointed in Bashkiria

UFA, 6 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed a decree on which the Ministry of Economic Development of the republic is determined as an authorized executive power body on competition promotion. As reported at the department, it contributes to the implementation of measures to introduce the Competition Development Standard in the regions of Russia.

In accordance with the requirements of the Standard, the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan with the participation of republican ministries, state committees and departments will organize works to determine the list of priority and socially important regional markets, monitoring of the competitive environment, formation of an appropriate action plan.

The result of the Standard implementation should be improving the conditions for development of entrepreneurship and business in the region.
