Ufa district practices were admitted successful at International Investment Forum in Sochi

At the International Investment Forum in Sochi, held from October 1 to 4, Ufa district practices were recognized successful and recommended for implementation in other municipalities. As part of the session in the format of "Brainstorm" the results of the contest to identify the best management decisions at the municipal level were presented, as well as the Atlas of Municipal Practices developed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). This was reported to Bashinform News Agency by the Exhibition and Presentation Activities Department of the Chamber of Commerce RB.

The federal authorities were represented at the Forum by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev. The Republic of Bashkortostan was represented by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Dmitry Sharonov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee for Science, Education and Culture Liliya Gumerova, Economic Development Minister Sergey Novikov, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce Azat Fazlyev, the first Deputy Head of Ufa Administration Alexander Filippov and representatives of the business community. The head of the Ufa district Vilory Ugarov presented the project "The Best Regional Practices through ASI".

The most pressing issues of economic development were raised as part of the business program of the main national investment event as an open discussion of government representatives, business community and experts, the report says.
