Bashkortostan farmers harvested more than three million tons of grain

UFA, 2 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. Farmers of Bashkortostan harvested 3.148 million tons of grain from an area of 1.735 million hectares. Of these, it was harvested wheat - 1144.7 thousand tons, barley - 747 thousand, oats - 283.6 thousand, peas - 56.5 thousand tons. It still has to thresh grain and legumes on 1% of the areas, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB informs.

In Chishmy, Baimak, Blagovar, Davlekanovo regions the gross harvest amounted to 101-107 thousand tons, Aurgazy, Ilishevo region - more than 121 thousand tons, Chekmagush, Meleuz - 141.5 and 144.5 thousand tons respectively, in Sterlitamak - 188.4 thousand tons.
