Products for 243 million rubles were sold at agricultural fairs in Bashkiria

UFA, 30 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. In Bashkortostan, from August 22 at agricultural weekend fairs products for 243 million rubles were sold. It was organized 11 437 retail locations.

As the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB informs, 2521.8 tons of potato, 1228.8 tons of vegetables, 174.1 tons of honey, 325.3 tons of meat, 22.42 tons of poultry were sold during this time.

At fairs the average price per kilogram of potatoes is 10-25 rubles, carrots - 12-30, cabbage - 10-25, beets - 15-30, onions - 15-25, honey - 250-450, beef - 200-350, pork - 190-300, horsemeat - 240-350, lamb - 250-330, birds - 85-300 rubles.
