Bailiffs froze construction of high rise for 60 days in Ufa

UFA, 29 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. In Ufa bailiffs of Lenin district froze construction of high rise for 60 days, the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service in Bashkortostan Republic reports.

The Republic State Committee for Housing and Construction Supervision applied to the Arbitration Court of Bashkortostan with a motion on bringing one of the construction companies of the capital to the administrative responsibility. As it turned out, the company carried out the construction of 22-storey residential building without a necessary permission and allowed other serious violations of town planning legislation.

The court found the construction company guilty and sentenced to suspension of activities.
