Information system on pricing in construction will be created in Russia

UFA, 18 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. In Russia an information system for pricing in construction will be created. The reliability of the estimated cost of construction funded by the state is supposed to be provided with the help of the information system "Pricing in Construction", the press-service of Gosstroy (State Committee for Construction) of Bashkortostan informs.

The Ministry of Construction of Russia has prepared a draft act of the Government of the Russian Federation, which determines the purpose and objectives of the system, its structure, basic features and the access to it. The project is located on the website regulation.gov.ru for public comment until September 24, 2015.

The system will consist of an integrated portal of pricing system in construction, functional and service subsystems and a shell for costing standards publication.

Operators will be the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the authorized regional authorities. The subjects of the system are state and municipal agencies, institutions and customers as well as contractors - performers of public contracts in the field of investment and construction.
