Ufa Airport received "four stars" for service

UFA, 12 August 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. Ufa Airport received "four stars" for service according to authoritative industry agency "AviaPort". The experts evaluated the quality of infrastructure and passenger services of the airport.

"Four stars is a very high score and we are proud of it. "Five stars" were received only by two airports - Yekaterinburg and Sochi, which have realized much more large-scale investment projects. The international airlines terminal from the last year's "two stars" rose by two positions after the implementation of infrastructure projects. I especially want to mark that we managed to receive the fourth star in the domestic terminal exclusively by technological means - its reconstruction only is ahead. Metropolitan airports were not included in this year's study. But last year, when Russian major hubs participated, we were also able to achieve significant results - along with "Vnukovo" we won "three stars"", Ufa Airport General Director Alexander Andreev said.

For the preparation of the study the agency used 290 indicators that were related to passenger service: starting with the website of the airport and transport accessibility to the completion of all formalities, waiting for flights and arriving at destinations. The efficiency of the staff, the Internet access, cleanliness and infrastructure of the terminals were taken into account.
