Depositors of Russian Credit Bank will be paid one billion rubles in Bashkortostan

UFA, 7 August 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. In Bashkortostan, the depositors of the Russian Credit Bank will be paid one billion rubles. According to figures cited by the "RBC-Ufa" agency, their number is 2.8 thousand in the region.

"Sberbank" and "Expobank" acting as agent banks on behalf of the Deposit Insurance Agency will be engaged in payment of insurance compensation.

"Insurance compensation is paid to the depositor in the amount of 100% of the sum of all its bank accounts, including those opened for business, but not more than 1.4 million rubles in total," the Deposit Insurance Agency reports.

The Central Bank revoked the license from the Russian Credit Bank on July 24. According to the press service of the regulator, the Bank conducted high-risk lending policy and submitted unreliable statements.
