Central Bank canceled licenses of five private pension funds

UFA, 4 August 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. The Central Bank canceled the licenses of five private pension funds. These are organizations «Solnechnoe Vremya», «Adekta-Pensiya», «Zashhita Budushhego», «Uraloboronzavodsky» and «Solnce. Zhizn. Pensiya».

The Bank of Russia reports that the licenses of «Adekta-Pensiya», «Zashhita Budushhego», «Uraloboronzavodsky» are canceled for repeated violation of requirements of the Central Bank to the distribution, submission or disclosure of the information throughout the year and failure to eliminate violations of legislation of the Russian Federation related to organization of pension savings investment.

"The Bank of Russia will compensate the insured persons their pension savings in the amount and manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation", the regulator marks.
