Since the beginning of the year 3.6 billion rubles were allocated for Bashkortostan farmers from the budget

UFA, 6 July 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. Since the beginning of 2015, 3.6 billion rubles were allocated for agricultural enterprises of Bashkortostan, which is 1 billion more than in the same period of the last year. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Ildar Timergalin at a working session in Aurgazy region.
“This sum will be increased from the budgets of both levels through implementing a number of programs on upgrading equipment, constructing and reconstructing livestock buildings, greenhouses, vegetable stores, constructing wholesale and distribution centres, and within grant programs for the farms development”, Ildar Timergalin said.
The Deputy Prime Minister also expressed dissatisfaction with those indicators that were obtained in the livestock industry for five months in 2015. There was a reduction of livestock at farms by three percent and milk production by two percent. Reduced milk yields were registered in 26 regions.
The Minister of Agriculture RB Nikolay Kovalenko recalled that in the next year, state support for dairy sector, as well as within the state program as a whole, will be provided only on condition of planned targets performance.
It was noted at the meeting that in general the livestock productivity increased across the republic. Since the beginning of the year, 1,674 kg of milk were received per cow that exceeded the last year's figure by 47 kg. Average daily milk yield per cow, which exceeded last year's figures by 0.8 kg, was also encouraging - 14.8 kg.
