Details of the project of Russian-Chinese Friendship House in Ufa are disclosed

UFA, 2 July 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. In the downtown of Ufa a Russian-Chinese Friendship House will be built. Its project was presented today at the House of the Investor during the meeting with journalists of Xinhua Chinese agency. The details of the construction were announced by CEO of "Ban Ban" company Zarema Bikanacheva.

"This project will be implemented by Zhong Ge Company. It is supposed that the House of Friendship will locate a "Mesopotamia" club. It will be organized in the framework of cooperation mechanism between Volga Federal District and the areas of upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The building will house a youth exchange club, a hotel, a centre of municipal services, administrative offices, a palace of Chinese medicine, Asian and European cuisine restaurants, a viewing platform", Zarema Bikanacheva said.

The estimated construction area is about 59 thousand sq m. The high-rise building will symbolize the gates of friendship between Russia and China.

Currently, works are being conducted on the preparation of the final project. Construction of the facility will be fully made at the expense of the investor.
