UMPO will pay dividends to its shareholders in the amount of 16 kopecks per ordinary share

UFA, 30 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. The annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC "Ufa Engine Industrial Association" (UMPO) approved the annual report and financial statements. The auditor was selected for 2015 and the new board of directors was approved. It is reported by the press service of the company.

The shareholders decided to pay dividends for 2014 in cash in the amount of 16 kopecks per ordinary share to nominee shareholders and trustees until July 31,2015, to other persons, registered in the register of shareholders - before August 19, 2015.

UMPO revenues from sales in 2014 increased by 29.9% and amounted to 48.9 billion rubles, net profit – to 347.4 million rubles.

New members of the board of directors and revision committee were elected. The full list is published on the official website of the company.

ZAO "Audit Company" Business Profile" was approved as the auditor of the company for 2015.
