Ufa expects to receive multimillion profits from rental of non-residential fund

UFA, 30 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. The Ufa administration plans to get by the end of the year about 440 million rubles from giving for rent non-residential premises. This was reported at a press conference at the City Hall by the Deputy Head of the municipal property of the city administration Tamara Pushkareva.

"Today, the total area of the municipal uninhabited fund transferred for use is about 2.4 million sq. m. Of these, only 12% consist of rented out premises. The most part relates to operational management. It turns out that this year 294.5 thousand sq. m are rented out. They bring a stable income to the budget", Tamara Pushkareva said.

According to her, the cost of the municipal rent is significantly below the commercial: "In general, in Ufa the average rent of area less than 300 sq. m is 7.1 thousand rubles per sq. m per year. As a result of the auction the price is about 3.5 thousand rubles per sq. m / year, and due to tenders 1.6 thousand rubles per sq. m/year."
