BESK will pay dividends of 0.81974 rubles per share

UFA, 26 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. JSC "Bashkir Power Grid Company" (BESK) approved dividends payment for the 2014 fiscal year.

On June 25, an annual general meeting of shareholders took place, where the annual report, annual accounting statements, including profit and loss statement for 2014 were approved. It was also decided on the distribution of the net profit received by the results of 2014 financial year.

The company's shareholders will receive 0.81974 rubles per one ordinary share and 4.91984 rubles per one preferred share of type A.

According to the «Kommersant» newspaper, the company will direct 1.1 billion rubles - 44.7% of net profit, which amounted to 2.46 billion rubles, for the payment of dividends for 2014, while 1.36 billion rubles of profit shareholders it was decided to leave undistributed.

JSC "Bashkir Power Grid Company" has a dominant position in the market of power supply in Bashkiria (0,4-500 kV grid with total length of more than 88 thousand kilometres, about 600 substations, 22.3 thousand transformer units). Sistema-Invest owns 90.47% of stake in BESK company.
