France expressed its intention to cooperate with Bashkiria in agricultural sector

On this day, June 22, at a press conference in Ufa the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Russia Jean-Maurice Ripert announced of France intention to cooperate with Bashkortostan in the sphere of agriculture. He headed the French delegation visit in the capital of our republic.

"Our arrival - is good evidence that France is interested in Bashkortostan, in spite of the economic difficulties that Russia is undergoing. France believes in Russia. We need a prosperous Russia, which is our fundamental partner. Agriculture - is one of the strengths of Bashkortostan, but at the same time - it is one of the strengths of France", Jean-Maurice Ripert said.

The Ambassador said that France would be ready to offer its assistance in young personnel training in the agricultural sector. He also noted the interest of the French party in cooperation in livestock development, seed production and other areas of the agricultural sector.

The French delegation, in addition to the agricultural sector companies, consists of representatives of health, energy and transport industries.
