Bashneft will start the placement of BO-07 bonds of 5 billion rubles on June 16

UFA, 10 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. On June 16, JSOC Bashneft will begin placement of stock exchange bonds of BO-07 series of 5 billion rubles by public subscription. Following the results of the bids collection from investors a coupon rate was set at 12.1% per annum, according to the materials of the issuer.

The issue terms provide 12 semi-annual coupons. In June 2017, the issuer may at its discretion call the bonds at the end of the 4th coupon period.

The coupon yield per one security for each coupon period will amount to 60.33 rubles. Thus, the total amount of coupon yield for each coupon period of BO-07 will constitute 301.65 million rubles.

The organizer of the placement is Sberbank CIB.

According to Rusbonds, currently there are eight issues of classic Bashneft bonds in circulation in the amount of 90 billion rubles, as well as three issues of exchange bonds totalling 20 billion rubles. In addition, six stock exchange issues of 40 billion rubles are registered.
