Bashkomsnabbank directed 5% of net profit for dividends payment

UFA, 2 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Shareholders of Bashkomsnabbank defined the amount of dividends on the results of work in 2014. 1.8 rubles will be paid per ordinary share, 60 rubles per preferred share, as follows from the minutes of the annual meeting of shareholders held recently in Ufa.

Total amount of dividends on ordinary shares will constitute approximately 9.4 million rubles, 120 thousand rubles on preferred shares.

In 2014 Bashkomsnabbank gained a net profit of 189.3 million rubles having doubled the results of 2013. Thus, 5% of net profit is directed on dividends payment.

JSC Joint Stock Commercial Bank "Bashkomsnabbank" is a regional financial institution with structural units in Bashkortostan and a branch in Moscow. It is oriented on local businesses and attracting public funds in deposits.
