Unified Centre for Public Private Partnership will appear in Bashkiria

UFA, 27 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. Bashkortostan is working to create a Unified Centre for Public Private Partnership. This was reported by the deputy of the State Assembly Rustem Musabirov at the relevant round-table discussion in the framework of the Week of Entrepreneurship RB. According to him, the deputy corps together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Development Corporation of Bashkortostan are working on creation of a new institution.
According to Rustem Musabirov "We need to create a team that will take assignments from the ministries. These assignments will be structured and returned to the department as ready to develop concept of public-private partnerships. The ministries will be able to submit it to a governmental commission, where they will defend their vision of this or that project. Then the documents will be returned to the Centre, which structures the projects of public-private partnership and sends a ready agreement and project documentation to the ministry. Thus, having these documents the ministry will be able to realise the project".
According to the deputy, the Centre will be established on the basis of one of the existing regional development institutions.
